I am an Assistant Professor in Bahjoi Degree College Bahjoi Moradabad U.P. Our institution has more than 500 accounts in your bank and has been a valued customer since established.

I am highly grieved to tell you that one of the bank's employee who is a cashier in Bahjoi Branch named P.K. Gupta often behaves rudely. But this time when I went with a cheque to get in cash he used abusive language. When I approached the manager Mr. Karan Singh he did not say anything on the matter. He has used abusive language to the other college employees as well.

Please look into the matter and do needful.
