Completed my loan but documents awaited

I have completed my bike loan in the month of May (Proposal no. / Loan no. 21067) but still not received any documents. I have visited to Bajaj Bikes, Bhuj for docs but it is not received by them through head office. I have send various mail to bajaj finanace customer care but not received any positive revert.
