Inability to pay off loan

This is to inform that I bought an air conditioner with ther help of Bajaj auto finance; but when the EMIs were about to stsrt they informed me that because of their problem with dot bank arrangement, they cannot clear out my EMI payments from Standard Chartered bank. From now on they would collect the payments every month by chq from me. I asked them to return my PDCs while I would settle the whole amount of loan. But they refused to accept the total pay off. Last two months they came and collected chqs for two installments but this month they did not contact me or arrange to collect the payment. I am very very worried. I cannot even contact them as the phone numbers to their offices do not work. Also I will have to leave town within two weeks time and want to settle the loan. But No one is helping me.
