NOC not received

My loan had got over in but till date I have not received noc for two wheeler loan, Few days bank I have applied for home loan and I came to know that my name was reported in CIBIL for outstanding on loan. Till date I have not received any single communication from Finance company for emi bounce or pending. Directly they have reported the same to CIBIL. Please help
