I availed a Consumer loan for a laptop from Bajaj - paid all my installments on time - i received an offer for a Pre-approved personal loan. i called up Bajaj and told them that i my address has changed and and i also have a better job now. They said the loan will not be a problem at all and took my documents and 4 cheques.i asked them if you are taking the cheques that means the loan disbursement is definite. they said dont worry at all it is a Pre approved offer and its definite. The verification at my new residence was done and my mother gave all the answers to the verifier as i was in the office. I called up Bajaj the next day and they told me that the loan has been rejected. But very next day the verification was done in my office and the verifier told me everything is fine and will definitely get the loan. i called up bajaj next day and they again told me that the loan has been rejected.

I would like to mention here that my valuable cheques have already been taken by bajaj. and this is not a question of money here. Now i need the loan amount as well as compensation from Bajaj as they dont have any valid reason as i have paid all my previous installments on time and have already given Bajaj the cheques for the pre-approved loan. Please Help.
