Auto loan wrong panelty

I had availed two vehical loan in 2006 for my two wheeler. During initial processing i had submitted advance cheques for all the EMI's.

Suddenly bajaj had informed me that they have lost one cheque. I need to pay one EMI's along with the penalty.

I require NOC urgently.

Pl. HELP!!!
