Double installment paid for month of march

Respected sirs,

I request u to pl. take a notice regarding my consumer Loan A/C nos.4180CD00010993, 4180CD00010992, 4180CD00010990, for these loans i have given ECS facility from my bank of baroda A/C no.18260100001847 from which ECS is regularly debited by you but in march for some reason your ECS was returned. On 12th March i have a call frm your company regarding ECS return So he told me to pay cash So I said him to collect cash from my above add. at whatever time they want. Executive came 0n 15 march & I paid him cash Rs.1242 Receipt no:00708197, Rs.1692Receiptno:00708198 & Rs.1692 Receipt no :00708199 respectively. Therafter again on 17 march ECS was debited for same From my above mentioned A/C For Rs.4770.00 So i request u to pl. take anote of these and Refund me the amount of Rs.4770.00 By crediting My above mentioned A/C as early or mail me the Proccess of Refund
