My name is Amar Sarkar, I was purchase a Discover 100CC bike on 15th aug’2010 through Bajaj auto loan, and to installment already paid through my ECS, however still I have not received any loan related docs and any user id for check details and status. Many times I was contact with there help line (1800 209 2235) and this numbers was always is busy.

MY Loan number-L2WKOL00617356 (which is received every month through SMS for deduction money)

This is for your information I was purchased a TV from same Bajaj Finance Ltd, I have used the same online facility. And this Loan No—4100CD00055207.

Please explain me how it is possible, where the loan was getting from the same company.
