Term policy against Personal loan

Hi,

I've taken a personal loan from Bajaj Finance which was approved on 27/03. Along with this personal loan one term plan of bajaj alliance was provided with premium of Rs. 12, 000. provided that the tax rebate was applicable for this term plan for current year. In spite of my regular concerns they have created the policy from 28/03 though they've assured me that the policy commencement date would be april. Now the situation is that: 1). Policy was imposed to me though I was not at all interested in taking that policy and 2). I am not eligible for any tax rebate for the same.

I am a total looser in this case.
