EMI card and loan account statement

My complaint is against Bajaj finserv lending, as i am the existing customer of BFL with loan account number #4000CD00171074.i had taken a personal loan from BFL at the time of taking they promise me to give the EMI card with in 2 months but 4 months have been passed i had not got any card.i request the BFL to send a EMI card along with the loan account statement to me.
