Closed the loan a/c but debit my a/c

Dear Sir,

I had taken a Bajaj Pulsar from your Siliguri office in the month of October but sorry to inform you that on 30th September liquidated the full outstanding amount by cash to your collector Shri Bikash Ghosh vide his Book No:75203 Receipt No: AF 11630075 dt 30/09 of Rs.19, 290/- instead of that every month your Kolkata Office send the instalment cheque of Rs.1929/- and debit my account why? When I had liquidated the outstanding amount infull by cash instead how you debit my account, instead of the rest cheque return to me. Why you have not returned my rest cheque leaves? Are you a cheater or your finance company is doing like this with every customer?

I shall be glad if you kindly return my rest cheque leaves and closed my account NO 521008379.

Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
