Delay in payment of pension arrears

On December 14 I had visited your bank and submitted an application for payment of Fixed Medical Allowance and the arrears due on account of non payment of the said allowance.

On examining my account on Line I find that the pension for the month of December has not been credited to my Account No: 1040720990-6. The arrears of the Fixed Medical Allowances have also not been paid.

Will appreciate your response. Copy of the applicaion submutted in Dec is attached
