Dear Sir,

Sub.:- Marine Policy No. 45030021110200000003 of The New India Insurance Co. Ltd., Madina Building, Medical

College Road, Raipur (C.G.)

With reference to the above, we have got insurance cover of Marine Policy from The New India Insurance Co. Ltd.. Under the Policy we have dispatched 36.540 MT of Iron & Steel vide our bill no. 085 dated 19-04 for Rs.13, 19, 326.00 vide Vehicle No. HR38M-9908 to M/s Neelkanth Steels India, New Delh. The vehicle has not reached at the destination. The intimation of missing of said materials has been given to New India Insurance Co. Ltd on 29-04 and all papers were submitted regarding to the subject on 18-05.

But till date The New India Insurance Co. Ltd. has not settled above said claim and we have not received the claim. The New India Insurance Co. Ltd is also not responding our letters regarding the claim. Though we have written various letters as follows :

01) Our letter dated 28-04.

02) Our letter dated 18-05.

03) Our letter dated 23-05.

04) Our letter dated 25-05.

05) Our letter dated 25-05- 11 with reference no. BLPL/088/NIICL/11-12.

06) Our letter dated 27-09- 11 with reference no. BLPL/164/NIICL/11-12.

07) Our letter dated 07-12- 11 with reference no. BLPL/178/NIICL/11-12.

08) Our letter dated 06-02- 11 with reference no. BLPL/304/NIICL/11-12.

Kindly take our matter in your kind consideration and instruct The New India Insurance Co. Ltd. to settle our claim as early as possible & oblige.
