Bank ATM card
Unblock of ATM card requested

Sir,

During the month of Nov. I lost my SBI ATM card and I requested for block of the card. Subsequently I applied for a new card and a new SBI ATM card was supplied. when I approached ATM centre for withdrawal of money a message displayed that Card is blocked. Response code 150. I contacted custmer service centre, he advised to meet serving branch with a letter for unblocking the card. When I approach branch manager with a letter for unblocking, branch manager stated that nothing wrong with branch and action has to be done by cards division. Again I approached custmer centre, but no help. Still my card is not functioning.

My SBI ATM card Number is 6220180272900071213 valid from Nov. 2009. My SB a/c is maintained at State Bank Of India Jagannaikpur Branch, Branch code 2729. Kakinada Andhra Pradesh. please help me.
