Late payment charges

I have used the card on 15 Nov for Rs:381=00, i have not received the statement for the folowing month hence the payment was not paid, you can see the past track record payment made by me to bank. I have received the statement for the of December where i have noticed interest charges, late payment charges, service tax which is coming to Rs 350=35 . which is not fault from my side.

I request your good self to correct or reverse the charges and i request you to send the fresh statement on my mail venkat_sve@yahoo.com
