Amount deducted from my SBI account

I have account in a State Bank Of India, and i have a ATM card (atm come debit card) also, i lost 245 rs from my account on 31/12, on the ATM machine it's display a message like FEE EXESS DR, so i don't what's it meant then i called to customer care, tehy were also said the same message that"FEE EXESS DR", ther is no explaination from the customer care. So What i can do...
