Wrong credit to my account

Dear sir,

i hold an account with sbi bank. One day bank person from cheque clearence dept cald and told me that 1- rupees has been wrongly credited to my account, and asked me to return it. I asked him for some time to investigate on this issue, but he rushed me to pay the amount back.i some how spend that money with out my knowledge. Iam ready to pay that money back but he is rushing me to deposit 6000/ rupees to my account as he has already freezed my account which i had 6000/- rupees in my account. He is telling me that he will send legal notice... i would appreciate ypur advise.please help me out sir... thanks in advance...
