Kindly refer to the above stated request for restoration of pan # AIFPS1450F, which despite having been restored by the jurisdiction ITO ward 25 (4) new delhi, vide restoration id # 2100305605, continues to be reflected as "deactivated / deleted" at the nsdl website.
you are therefore, requested to kindly restore the said pan and desptach the pan card urgenly.
