Bank Charges

It is intimated that I was in service at Chandigarh and Company had opened my salary A/C in HDFC Sector -8 branch for the salary. After leaving from the service, my account is non-operative. Bank transfer my salary account to saving account without my information/consent. On dated 16th May an Amount of Rs. 21, 788/- and Rs. 10, 877/- is deposit against my Employee Provident Fund. HDFC Bank deducted bank charges amount to Rs. 3154.24/- on dated 24th May against the AMB Charges.
