Address Change

Opened a PPF Account with the State Bank of India, Gurunanak Colony Vijaywada in June and had given my local address of Vijayawada for all communications and I had given my Mysore address as my permanant address.

I had written a mail on this to the DGM customer care and the banking ombasbandum on 22nd december, till now there is no action/update.

They are only forwaring mails to each other and nobody is replying.
