Ref: Issue with Debit Card

My name is Anurag and I want to appeal in this consumer form about my unactivated New Debit Cardprovided to me by State Bank Of Hyderabad.

In the Month of September 1st week, I have opened my savings account with State Bank Of Hyderabad.

I stay in LIG 63, APIIC Colony, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad - 500055. The bank and brancj in which I have openend my account is the place where my dad's pension account is obliged. In view, I have also opened my account and have applied for cheque book and debit card as usal as other customers do. I have received my debit card but from the time I have received, I have not been able to use my debit card and its been more than 30 days that, I have been requesting the SBH to activate the debit card. They have sent the request along with my given letter for the request of unblocking my debit card. But inspite of 30 days and 3 times going to the branch where my account exists, there has not been any steps taken to unblock or activate my card for which I have been facing a lot of turmoil.

Enough is enough and Now again the state bank are asking to come and again give a request complaint written. which i am not ready to do as i have already done twice. The fax to the SBI is also sent, still there is nothing which resilted.

Henceforth, I dont my account and I need a resolution to it with the compenstion done.
