Corr PPO not actioned

Sir,

I am retired from IAF on 01 FEB.I am having my pension account no.30021929536 in SBI CIDCO colony Nashik.

As per PPO No.08/14/B/DP/192/07 I am eligible to get DA on disability pension but SBI CIDCO Nashik is paying me disability pension old rate without DA Since January. Number of times I reported this matter to Bank but of no use.

Number two my Corr PPO was received by nashik main Branch on 27 Jul and was dispatched to CIDCO branch on 12 Aug till date it is not actioned.because of which my approx.60000/- Rs are blocked in the bank. I have given one application to SBI CIDCO bank Manager but still I am awaiting for the PPO to get actioned.

Now I request you sir to action my corr PPO at the earliest so that my amount get released from the bank and I get disability pension with applicable DA as per PPO 08/14/B/DP/192/07 and Corr PPO 08/14/B/DP/445.
