E-statement request

Dear Team,

this is not the good sing of customer service.

As per the below SR i requested for montly E-statement on my e-mail ID but as on date i have not received the same.

After visiting the branch i was told that the SR was closed with remarks that Statement has been send, but as of now i have not received the same.

request u to pls send this asap.
