EALRY CHEQUE PRESENTATION

Took a two wheeler loan from Indus ind bank trivandrum branch. Bank has been given me 21st every month is my presenting day in my bank. That is the due date. i understood that atelast till 12 noon the same day should belong to the customer. However they uesed to present the cheque before10am on every 21st. Hence my bank has been deducting bounce charges and now Indus ind also charging me for all those bounces. I had enough balance in my a/c on 21st before 11am. I hope the due date should belong to the customer. This is a kind of exploitation. please do the neeful to to solve this concern. My Loan ID is ELS 1040H in the name of ASHA.D taken loan from indus ind bank branch in tvm.
