Bank loan interest

Hello sir before 2 years i got educational loan from IOB, that time bank manager said no interest for educational loan during the study period, now i am i am doing 3rd year MCA, but now they are asking to pay the interest... The regional manger said no interest but my branch manager asking to pay the amount... i am not able to pay my semester fee then how can i pay the interest please help me sir...
