Uses abuse language

I hav called in bank of america which is in gurgaon and the no is 09610000063 at 05:04pm on 18 june.girl picked up a phone and nt atall cooperative and use abuse language.i hav just asked about the vacancies in bank bcoz i got a msg tht their are vacancies .she replied soo rudely and then nt responding, then i hav tried on another no 09610000062 then again she picked up and said u dont know about the company in a very loud voice.tell me is this is a manner to talk to other person she is behaving like tht she is uneducated.i really felt too bad.
