Ad services, improper behaviou

Sir i have applied for a new a/c on 19/08 and till know they didnt open my a/c

and when i asked them they didnt talk properly and there is also a shortage of staff,

they provide improper service i am totally disoppointed with them so plz sir procees the matter as soon as possible..
