Non Receipt of money through Bank of Baroda ATM at Rourkela, Sector-19, Bank of Baroda branch

Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your notice that during my stay at Rourkela (Orisa), on 08.09.11 at 18:38 PM I tried to withdraw cash Rs. 6000/- from ATM of sector-19 of Bank of Baroda branch. To my surprise the cash was not delivered by the ATM and amount of Rs.6000/- was deducted from my saving account no. 001401000014125. I have submitted written complaint to the Sector-19, Rourkela branch. Other details are as under:

After return from Rourkela I consulted with the basic branch manager and concerned person dealing with ATM affairs of main branch Bokaro Steel City. Surprisingly they replied on my complaint that nothing can be done to you and you have to forget the amount of Rs.6000/- forever. After much a persuation they accepted to receive another written complaint regarding non receipt of Rs.6000/-from Rourkela ATM.

They have also mentioned that they have received lot of such complaints.

I there for request you to kindly process my complaint through your forum and arrange for return of Rs.6000/- to my savings account mentioned above.
