Not issuing ATM card

Dear Sir,

I had opened account in Bank of Baroda's Kosamba Branch. My account details are below:

A/C Holder: GAURANGKUMAR PRAVINCHANDRA PATEL

I had apply for ATM card on 19th Oct. They told me that u will got your ATM card within 20 days. After 20 days when i go to the branch they told It will in process it takes 1month. After One Month they told me that your card is not issuied yet. I had inquire about this toBOB customer care. The copy of mail also attach with this. I am facing a big trouble for this problem

I reqest you to please do something in this matter.
