Not received ibanking username since last 2 months

Dear sir,
I have given E-banking activation request on 3rd January. I have not received any post communication regarding User ID and branch also not received the user ID. I am following up with Mulund Branch since last one anf Half month. But i have not received any update.
Today i visited the Mulund Branch. I received the password from mulund branch which they received on 15th January. Still i have not recived User ID for my Ibanking account.
not getting any reply from head office also.
