Money not recived but debited from account

I mr vipul harishbhai chahwala possesing saving account in bank of baroda at jawahar nagar branch located near petro chemical town ship, undera. i have used my atm card dated 21/04 at sbi bank koyali branch located in ipcl baroda complex.now known as RIL VMD

I have applied for 1000 rs money not recived but slip came indicating sorry tranjection is not available. but i have seen my pass book it is indicating money is withdrawn. i have all ready given complaint to my bank but i havent got my money back so pl do help me...
