ECS fraud transaction

On 10th of January, from ma account amount of Rs. 1000 has been debited without any kind of information or confirmation. It got debited to ECS/IILECS-BO which is out of ma knowledge. Kindly take some respective action regarding all this. This is FRAUD and i want ma money back anyhow
