CENTRAL SCHEME FOR SUBSIDY FOR EDUCATION LOAN

Sir my A/c is with bank of baroda, I have taken education loan from BOB since Jan. As per the above scheme the loan passed after April or the amount disbursed after april will come under this scheme. But when I inquired from bank 1st they told that there is no such kind of scheme, but when I showed the online documents then they told me that they sent me a letter regarding that scheme. But I did not received any such kind letter. when i again inquired that due to overdue u are not eligible for this scheme. Pls help me regarding this issue.
