TDS Rs 4650 during Fin Yr 200708 not reflecting in tax credit Form 26AS

MY SB A/c No in Bank of Baroda Thene (west) branch is 04240100010761 My PAN No. is AACPC2845D The Bank has deducted Rs.4650 towards TDS from FD interest payments to me during FY 08 (relevant to Ass Year 09) and issued to me a TDS Cert in Form 16A However the said TDS amount is NOT reflecting in my Tax Credit Form 26AS. Due this reason, the IT Dept. has not refunded to me Rs 4650 till date. I have requested Bank of Baroda several times to file TDS correction statement with the IT Dept. but in vain
