Atm card

I had applied for an ATM card in this f! @#$%G b! @#$%^@t bank and they had send me an acknowledgement letter for the application and a letter containing the password for the ATM card. I had been told that when i will receive the card password letter, in a day or two i could go to the bank and get my ATM card, but it's been F@#@$! g 2 weeks and still i haven't got the card. i did multiple visits, the reply they gave me was they are not responsible for the delay, it's the fault of the courier company which delivers the cards.

But the bastards are so dumb, WTF do i have to do with the courier company, i am dealing only with the bank. i expect the bank to be more responsible and not to give such bullshit to customers.
