Wrong Debit in my account

Dear Sir/Madam

I have made withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000 from ATM but Only Rs. 5, 500 are received and my bank account is debited with Rs. 10, 000, i.e. Rs. 4, 500 has been wrongly debited. i had filed complaint with bank but bank is refusing to credit back my account with Rs. 4, 500/-. My account details and transaction are as follows:
