Cheque amount is deposited

Dear Sir,

I undersigned B. D patil disposited a cheque (Cheque No. 101644) of HDFC bank of Rs.6000/- at prakashe (Dist: Nandurbar) branch. I have saving account with same branch (Bank of Maharashtra at Prakasha Branch in Nandurbar district.). My account no. is 6405.

This amount is deducted from HDFC bank account on 22nd Dec. 09. Same day HDFC issued a DD to Bank of Maharashtra Poona branch. (DD No. 35342)

Even after one month and 8 days are over still this amount is not deposited in my accountl.
