Attitude Problem of DO

Hi,
I am Shrikant Rakshe a/c holder for Bank of Maharashtra in Pune (Raviwar peth branch)
I went to deposit some cash on my a/c on 23/11 @ 11:20 and there are four desk to take cash on cash counter. When i entered the bank. There was only one person on desk taking the cash which is for more than 25000/-. I was waiting for more than 20 mins and there was no one to attend the people. there were around 15 people waiting in Q. I asked Mr kishan Kaniya Who is a "DO" office.
He said me that u have to wait in a Queue as other staff is in a meeting "If you want to pay the cash pay it or Leave" Also there was no sign board kept as "counter closed"..I really felt bad the way he was showing his attitude and i could not found any kind of customer service from this person. It really created a bad impact on me as a customer of bank of Marashtra. He does not have a skill to manage people / staff
I need a written confirmation from the mank manager as why there is attitude in this person.
I never feel "One family, One bank".
