Inefficiency and Arrogance of ATM issuing officer of KARVE ROAD BRANCH PUNE

Dear sir

i mr. vaibhav vishnu bhor have saving account (68000939034) with your wellknown, reputed and mahaharashtra's leading bank . i add my wife's name to my account and immediatly applied for add on atm card before around 18 months and still i havent received the atm card and more than that atm card issuing officer at karve road brach is very inefficient and arrogance because of his mistake i received the password of the wrong account number and for that he is blaming the customer he is not accepting his mistake

so irequst you to please look into the mater and do the needfull at leasr tell your officer to be decent with customers
