My cheque occ 2145 cheque no is 456264 amount 3360 date 03-11

i submited this cheque in to the bank after that i offten asked to bank about the cheqe amount but they told to ask income tax office att latur i asked to income tax office they told me that once we give you cheque and you submit it in to the bank then its banks duty to solve the problem soplease help me to find out the solution
