Internet banking login detail

Sir, I am Prof. H P singh working with Accurate Institute of Managemnt and Technology, Greater Noida. I am having my salary account with sector 19 branch of Bank of maharastra.

I applied for net banking at the time of opening of account. and on 10/10 i received sms that bank has been dispatched the login and pasword but i did not received.

later i approached costumer care of bank of maharastra, they told me that send a request through email to your bank and bank will forward the request and we will send you login and password at your email id.

Later i sended request many times and tried to contact the branch but still they have not respondrd yet.

please do the needful
