Banks and credit bureau
No credit card issued for me

Dear Dept,

i been always have problem getting a loan for credit card no bank gives a loan and no bank gives a credit card i just want to know am i blacklisted in the credit bureau if yes than that really very bad i have been make the payment with my old credit card and i did the settlement and close the credit card but i want one no banks are ready to provide it please help me with the black list status if i am part of it
