Twice withdrawl from atm

Sir,

i have s/b a/c no30459888692 statebank of india jhangirpuri new delhi branch .on25-12

iwithdraw Rs2000 from atm in banglore only one time but Rs2000 deducted twice from my account.

i already booked my complaint with sbi call centre on11-01 ticketno AT484030543 .but no

action hasbeen taken so far.call centre is not reply properly.after this incedent iam very afraid to withdraw money from atm.
