Unwanted calling for payments

Dear Sir/Madam

From 8 month recovery people are keep calling me for payment of credit card/personal loan, But I don't have any credit/personal loan any of the banks, they always keeping calling me & ask for a payment, My Name & My father name was matching but my date of birth, my mother name & my address are not matching, Always harassing me, some time my mind was upset, And know a days my own date of birth and mobile no and address are confirming, that you are only the person who had taken a credit card & personal loan, Please help me or suggest what to do, where I had to complaint.
