Didnt give information about schedule change of exam day and did nt sent aknolegment card

I submitted my form for grain bank clerk exam and my exam date was 28th febuary. but they changed the date of exam and finished the exam on 21st febuary. they didnt give any information about exam date.

they also didnt send exam aknologment card.and they didnt refund our money.so i want to know, what can i do now?
