Complaints against loan procedure

Hello. I have a complaint against Barclay bank loan department. They give me calls on a frequent basis asking me about some one Mr Venkatesh who has taken loan from the bank and is not paying back. I receive all this calls at my BSNL Home landline number. (and not a mobile number which anyone can discontinue and the same number can be reissued to some one else.) I fail to understand how this bank can issues loans without verifying details he is submitting. I hope my complaint will be heard by concern person and some productive actions will be taken to resolve this issue at the earliest. you can contact me for any further details..
