Havey intrest charge on 3 day late payment

I received barclay e-statement and know they charge me Rs. 801.86 as a interest and charges . my payment date was 25.9.10 and i was made payment on 28.9.10 because ICICI bank not provide me URN no. so i was not transfer credit card amount through my bank account. This URN No. not given to me by bank because govt. ban on bulk sms so i was failed to deposit amount with in time because above technical reason.

my total due is Rs. 6325 and i was late for pay just 3 day and you charge me Rs. 801.86 it is not fai
