Penal intrest charges

I am Holding your credit card due to dealy in 1 or 2 day you are charging me intrest on 1635/- which is very heavy on us i am very regularly pay customer due to change in my address and cheque book deliverd on my old address due to this reason. all story convy to ur call centre but they are usless to resolve problem. i am holding hsbc stan chart icicic citi all pvt bank card on their call centre resolve the things. i am not a defulater or not a that type customer to want to setel the card to use and throw. last10 yrs using card with good track reocrd.

Request you pl look in this matter and reverse my charges.
