His job is to collect all the details of consumers, documents and photos and finally says that the loan has been rejected and flies off. When asking for all the documents back, Mr. Shivakumar doesn't respond properly and moreover this has been the case for almost everyone he has approached. The biggest fraud is that he is not a direct employee of Barclays or Fullerton India but acts as one. The truth is that he is a commission agent.
