Bank has cheated with me

Hi,

This is Rohit Gupta. I have taken a Personal loan from barclays bank. But they had provided me wrong information about interest charges. They told me the rate of interest would be 14.2% but after giving the loan they changed it into 24%. The name of the persons who deal this case are Saurabh Jain, Nitesh arora and Rahul singh.
